Note that Catherine refers to SUNDAY SAUCE (aka Gravy) as SAUCE and not Gravy. There is a great debate over calling Pasta Sauce either SAUCE or GRAVY. There is No Right or Wrong, it all depends where you came from. The Scorsese's whose family comes from Polizzi Generosa in Sicily near Palermo call it "Sauce" They lived on Elizabeth Street in New York's Little Italy which population consisted of mostly Italian Immigrants from Sicily and Naples,
